What are Bentech's Terms & Conditions?

You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to create an account or sign up for our services. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems.

Bentech offers digital skills training, web development, IT consultancy, troubleshooting, OS installation, and related services as described on the Site. We aim to keep course content and service descriptions accurate and up to date, but features, pricing, and availability may change. Where a service involves custom work, such as web development or IT consultancy, the specific scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed with you separately before work begins.

• Fees for courses and services are shown on the Site or in your service agreement, and are due as described at checkout or in that agreement.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; Bentech does not store your full payment card details.
• Unless stated otherwise for a specific course or service, fees already paid are non-refundable once a course has started or service work has begun.
• If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us promptly so we can look into it.

The Site, including its course content, articles, stories, design, logo, and underlying code, belongs to Bentech or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use course materials for your own personal learning, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share them without our written permission. Any custom work we build for you under a separate service agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or our services to violate any law or third party's rights.
• Upload or share harmful code, malware, or anything intended to disrupt our systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate Bentech, our staff, or another user.
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Site beyond normal browsing.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to courses without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Our courses, content, and services are provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. While we work hard to deliver high-quality digital education, web development, and IT services, we don’t guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome (such as job placement or business results) will follow from completing a course or using a service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bentech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rwanda.

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve. We’ll update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
